1. Estimates
If you have any query or concern about an Estimate, please reply within 10 days. After 10 days, we will not be able to make changes to the Estimate, and it will be considered final.
2. Payments & Late Fees
- Payment must be made strictly before the Due Date.
- For payments received after the due date (within 7 days after expiry), late fee charges shall be applied at 10%.
3. Account Suspension
If we have not received payment within the above-mentioned period, accounts shall be disabled with immediate effect. We will not be responsible for any resulting data loss.
